While I still have some reservations about that statement, I found statements in what Janusz Marcin Gorycki posted way back in 2009 Agile is dead. Essentially we cannot get away from the fact, it is just a management technique amounting to nothing more than a collection of words. For some reason or another leads apparently intelligent people to take on the idea that it adds value to what is effectively a statement of fact; requires an almost endless supply of training, books and costly time consuming ideological change while stifling creativity on an epic scale. Well, perhaps that is a bit too critical.
